At just 1.3%, ALTER-EMULGEL can produce oil-in-water gel emulsions or cream gels without needing additional emulsifiers. Depending on the oil content, the texture can range from light and fluid (5–10% oil) to rich and thick (20–25% oil), all without a greasy feel. It’s perfect for young skin.
