MACKAM® 2800 Powder is an 85% powdered form of high-purity Cocamidopropyl Betaine, with a ‘stripped’ alkyl distribution. MACKAM® 2800 Powder is compatible with anionic, nonionic, and cationic surfactants, and exhibits high foaming even in high electrolyte solutions. This product offers exceptionally low and stable color and low residual odor. When compared to standard grades of cocamidopropyl betaine, MACKAM® 2800 Powder exhibits better flash foam and viscosity-building characteristics with lauryl sulfates, lauryl ether sulfates, and alpha-olefin sulfates in anionic-based systems. It is excellent for use in bath & shampoo bars due to its mildness, lime soap dispersing properties, and in liquids for its viscosity-building characteristics. MACKAM® 2800 Powder can also be used in oral products such as toothpaste and mouthwash and is also ideal in applications where very low water content is required, for example in formulations for water-soluble sachets.

Mackam BB-30 is a mild amphoteric surfactant derived from organic babassu oil.  Mackam BB-30 is ideal for high-foaming, mild formulations that require naturally derived surfactants.

REWOTERIC® AM C MB is an amphoteric surfactant with good skin compatibility, developed for baby shampoos and mild skin cleansers that is strong foaming, a strong viscosifier and vegetable based. REWOTERIC® AM C MB exhibits outstanding good foaming properties, even in the presence of oil or soap. The improvement of viscosity is much easier when using REWOTERIC® AM C MB in skin cleansing formulations with commonly used surfactants.

HallStar^® SCS is a solid, high active, anionic surfactant in fine noodle form. Its intended application is as the primary foamer in topical personal cleansing products. HallStar^® SCS is the sulfation product of vegetal alcohols and is at least 94% pure Sodium Coco-Sulfate.

Unlike Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Coco-Sulfate is manufactured without removal of all the higher molecular weight fatty acids that are integral to the vegetable oil. Cleansers made with HallStar^® SCS instead of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate will therefore typically have denser and creamier foam and may be translucent rather than clear.

Extensive handling of HallStar^® SCS is likely to generate dust, which may be irritating to the respiratory tract and induce coughing. Maintain adequate ventilation. Avoid dispersion of dust in air and prevent electrostatic charge build-up during transfer by using common bonding and grounding techniques as required.
