]]> TEGO® Care 450 MB is a versatile PEG-free emulsifier based on vegetable raw materials and suitable for cosmetic oil-in-water emulsions with an outstanding stability profile. TEGO® Care 450 MB shows a high compatibility with actives, significant amounts of electrolytes, and critical ingredients. It forms stable emulsions with all common oils and fats used for skin care products, including polar oils. Thus, it gives the possibility to adjust the application properties of the emulsion by the choice of the oils: the better the spreading properties and the lower the viscosities of the oils are, the “lighter” the resulting emulsions are. The application properties may also be adjusted by caring the quantity of the oil phase.

TEGO® Care 450 MB can be either be used in combination with polyacrylate-based rheology additives such as Carbomer Homopolymer A or B or with natural polymeric thickeners like xanthan gum, gellan gum, or carrageenan. The best way to adjust the viscosity is to change the dosage of the rheology additive. Depending on the desired formulation texture, concentrations of 0.1 to 0.5 % are typically used.

dermofeel® easymuls plus is optimized for stabilizing low-viscous emulsions and sprays.  It can be used for different application forms such as sprayable sun care, body sprays, face serums or natural deodorant roll-ons. It typically does not require a co-emulsifier.  It is optimized for stabilizing fluid emulsions. If higher viscosities such as creams should be formulated, increased amounts of consistency enhancers or gelling agents (such as starch polymers, car-bomers or xanthan gum) have to be added.

dermofeel® easymuls plus is a natural, anionic PEG-free O/W emulsifier for low-viscous products. It shows excellent cold emulsifying capacities. It can stabilize oil contents from 5 % to 30 % without increasing the viscosity considerably. Can be used without a co-emulsifier. Natural/vegan concepts can be formulated.
